4. Prohibited Bulk Scraping & Automation
Because TubeMeta runs locally inside your browser, we do not monitor your request rate. However, to prevent IP blacklisting or API throttling by Google LLC, users are strictly prohibited from:
- Configuring automated headless scripts (e.g., Puppeteer, Selenium) to perform bulk queries on this site.
- Bypassing official client boundaries to execute heavy recursive lookup loops.
- Using this statically hosted service as an API fallback for other external applications.
5. Complete Disclaimer of Liability
TubeMeta is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees, representation, or warranties of any kind regarding:
- The continuous availability of YouTube's official oEmbed endpoints.
- The accuracy, relevance, or completeness of the retrieved public metadata.
- The resolution or presence of maximum definition thumbnail files, which depends entirely on YouTube's CDN hosting logic.
In no event shall TubeMeta, its developer, or partners be held liable for any damages, IP throttling, asset claims, or loss of profits arising out of the use or inability to use our application.
